UI/UX improvements to onboarding screening page

We have created a new screening page for the Onboarding Module, replacing the old pop-up screen. With the new page you can view all screening results in one screen, filter them by status and download the CDD certificate directly. Furthermore, you can now add comments throughout the screening process. This is a major change from before, when you could only add a comment at the end of the screening process.
