Updated BinckBank questionnaire

BinckBank Netherlands has updated its questionnaires. To ensure that professional users can continue to easily onboard their clients at BinckBank using the Blanco onboarding tool, we have incorporated this updated questionnaire into the processor-specific questions of the onboarding flow. The new questionnaire has been available in our system since 5 February.
