New workflow for ‘party’ status

Previously, any user could change the status of a client from ​“pending” to ​“accepted”. We have added a new workflow so that only users with the correct permissions can change the status of a client. This permission is called ​“changePartyStatusDoneWrite” and belongs by default to the ​“approver” permission group. Activity is logged so that it is easy to find out who changed the status and when.
