In addition to generic data, some custodian banks have additional questions before a client can open an account. If a client wishes to switch from one custodian bank to another, these additional questions still need to be answered. These questions are now included in the Client File so that clients can quickly and easily switch from one custodian bank to another without having to go through a whole new onboarding process. Professional users can then switch the ‘processor’ in the Client File without any problems.
