Customisable FIP knowledge and experience test

The knowledge and experience test in the Financial Investment Plan (FIP) allows professional users to easily understand their clients’ knowledge and experience of trading different types of financial instruments. However, some professional users prefer to use a tailor-made test for their clients. Therefore, we have now created the possibility to disable the standard knowledge and experience questions from the FIP and add a custom-made knowledge and experience test via Typeform. The other parts of the FIP questionnaire remain active and can be used. Disabling the knowledge and experience test does not affect FIP questionnaires that have already been started or completed.
