Recently it has become possible to leave comments and notes in the professional portal during the onboarding process and in the client file. This can be useful, for example, if a hit is found on a PEP list but is a false positive. The professional user can then explain his findings via the comment field. These comment fields are of course provided with a complete audit trail, for total transparency. This means that when someone makes a change to the note, these changes (who, what and when) are completely tracked. The comments are only visible to professional users and not to clients themselves, so that professional users can easily maintain the internal (compliance) file of his or her clients.
